Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support reflection, goal setting, positive change and personal wellbeing.
Coaching is not medical treatment, psychotherapy or counselling and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices and actions during and following coaching.
No particular result or outcome can be guaranteed.
Free Discovery Calls
A free discovery call is an introductory conversation to discuss what you are looking for, ask questions and decide whether coaching feels suitable for you.
There is no obligation to purchase coaching following a discovery call.
Booking and Payment
Appointments may be booked through the My Time Wellbeing booking system or arranged directly.
Where payment is required, the price will be shown before you complete your booking or purchase.
A paid booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Individual Coaching Sessions
Individual sessions will take place at the date and time agreed when booking.
Please join or arrive promptly. If you are late, the session may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time.
Six-Session Coaching Programme
The six-session coaching programme consists of six individual coaching sessions.
Sessions will be arranged at mutually agreed times and should normally be completed within a reasonable agreed period.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, My Time Wellbeing reserves the right to treat the appointment as used or charge for the session, where it is fair and reasonable to do so.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered.
If My Time Wellbeing needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment.
Your Right to Cancel an Online Purchase
If you are purchasing coaching services as a consumer online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days of entering into it.
If you ask for coaching to begin during that 14-day period, you may be asked to confirm that you want the service to start before the cancellation period has ended.
If you then cancel after a service has begun, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided.
If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request, your statutory right to cancel may end once the service has been completed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Where you have a statutory right to a refund, this will be honoured.
For a coaching programme, any refund following cancellation may take account of sessions already provided and any statutory cancellation rights that apply.
Any deduction or cancellation charge will be fair and proportionate to the circumstances.
Confidentiality
Information discussed during coaching will normally be treated as confidential.
There may be circumstances in which confidentiality cannot be maintained, including where:
disclosure is required by law;
there is a serious or immediate risk of harm;
safeguarding concerns require appropriate action; or
you have given permission for information to be shared.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the My Time Wellbeing Privacy Policy.
Health and Wellbeing
You are responsible for deciding whether coaching is appropriate for you.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
If it appears that another type of professional support may be more appropriate, this may be discussed with you.
Online Sessions
Where coaching takes place online, you are responsible for having suitable internet access and, where possible, a private environment in which to take part.
My Time Wellbeing is not responsible for technical problems outside its reasonable control.
Where a significant technical problem prevents a session from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to rearrange the appointment.
Corporate Wellbeing Services
Corporate workshops, coaching or wellbeing services may be subject to separate written arrangements agreed with the organisation commissioning the service.
Where separate terms are agreed for a corporate booking, those terms will take precedence for that booking.
Intellectual Property
Any worksheets, written materials or resources supplied by My Time Wellbeing remain the intellectual property of My Time Wellbeing unless otherwise stated.
They are provided for your personal use and should not be reproduced, sold or distributed commercially without permission.
Liability
My Time Wellbeing will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take as a result of coaching.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact:
I will aim to discuss the issue with you and resolve it fairly.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The version in force when you make a booking or purchase will normally apply to that booking unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
